Return Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We get it-sometimes the magic isn’t quite the right fit. That’s why we offer a 14-day return window from the day your enchanted parcel arrives. Changed your mind? Need a different size for your quest? No problem.
 

Here’s the fine (but friendly) print:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in the same pristine condition as when it arrived from our mystical market. You’ll also need your order number or receipt to conjure up your return.
 

To Begin a Return or Exchange:

Send a raven (or, you know, an email) to hello@readtildawn.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item.
 

⚠️ Important: Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first - we won’t be able to process returns that appear without notice.
 

DAMAGED OR MISCAST ITEMS?

If your order arrives looking like it lost a duel with a dragon, or if it’s the wrong item entirely, let us know right away. Email hello@readtildawn.com so we can make it right. We’ll summon a replacement or issue a refund as needed.
 

NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE?

We’re happy to exchange for a better fit! Email hello@readtildawn.com with your order number and the size you’re seeking. We’ll help get the magic just right.
 

REFUNDS

Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If so, your funds will be returned to your original payment method. (Heads up-it may take your bank a few days to process it on their end. Even in the mortal realm, delays happen.)
